How do you eat fortune cookies (which originated in Japan)? Do you break it first, or take a bite first? I do the opposite of what Yume does, and I think she’s crazy the method she uses. Also, I hate to say it, but this was probably my personal weakest episode of Stars in the series. Hopefully you’ll enjoy it more.

Kirara was channeling Nina this episode for some reason, but more importantly there’s some really good setup and continuing storyline going on in the background. The Star Wings are giving a nice direction to the plot and tying together everything the girls do.

I’m going to be blunt: Yume was hit with a dumbass stick right in the head this episode. She lost her memory of pretty much all of the last four episodes. It looks like Nyaa’s loss affected her pretty badly. But hopefully she’ll be better starting next week.

I wish I had made a count of how many of Lily’s “quotes” are really just made up by the Japanese and attributed to people who speak other languages, usually English. Coco Chanel has said many things, but this episode’s line does not appear to be one of them.
