Second episode of our alternative idol show. It hurts.
Torrent: Episode 02 | DDL
Apparently I’m allergic to the city of New York or something.
Showa is uh, the Showa period. Wasshoi is a sound. And addresses in Japan work off the block you’re on, so 3-chome is an address (chou means block; me is an ordinal indicator). We wrote it 3-chome because that’s what it looks like on official romanized Japanese addresses.
Episode 59: Torrent
There’s a lot of plot and stuff this episode. It’s also like two holidays tomorrow, so Aikatsu is delayed as has been the usual lately.
Note: Akatsukin’s a stupid and decided to leave for some sort of social event (and turn his computer off) before it finished seeding or uploading to anywhere we can access it. ETA “tonightish”.
Note 2: The Internet God decided that there was to be no Kyoukai no Kanata while I was out, and promptly shut itself off without restarting five minutes after I left. Note that the same thing happened to Etoce all day the day before.
Episode 09: Torrent
In a.f.k.’s Haruhi season one, the lyric “boooon warp de loop na kono omoi wa” from Hare Hare Yukai was misheard as “yuuwaku de yuuutsu na kono omoi wa”. The misheard one, combined with bacteria, describes, sort of, what caused the delay. Or the not-earliness, if that’d be more accurate. Since it feels like Aikatsu always gets delayed.
And now that I think about it, there has to be an Ame Ame Fuyukai out there somewhere…
Episode 58: Torrent
A few minor term changes for this episode, which will be made consistent in the batch. The pink tattoo on a certain character’s face says 必勝, certain victory. Also, in case you were wondering, it’s Hamtaro. That’s probably about all you need to know for this episode.

The first episode of KyoAni’s ONA for KnK came out of nowhere, and since nobody else picked it up here we are. Props to Etoce for fixing my shitty insert translation.
Episode 01: Torrent
Sorry for the lateness. This time, blame the government and other things. (My fault? How could it be my fault?)
Yurukyara are yurui mascot characters, where yurui means, uh, like, easy-going. They’re… kinda a thing. Ebipon is apparently a Pom-Poko-y raccoon dog thing with ebi (shrimp). Or something.
Episode 57: Torrent
This episode has one of my favorite tropes ever, and it was extremely hard to do from this side of the subbing world.
Episode 07: Torrent
“Koi” means “love” (specifically, the romantic passionate kind, as opposed to the kind you might have for a family member). It’s also a kind of fish.
Episode 56: Torrent
KyoAni, saving anime one pair of glasses at a time. You’ll see.
Episode 06: Torrent
Oh, right, Aikatsu is delayed for at least a day. Rewatch this episode of KnK in the meantime, it’ll make everything better. ALSO, work on the batch is coming along. It’s going to be a whole lot better than our original releases.
